We have a variety of packages to fit most any level of service.
Each package allows a specified number of entries (or form submissions) per month. This number is the total of all entries from all of the forms within your account. If you go over your maximum allowed number of entries per month, you will be charged $0.05 per additional entry that is submitted. These charges will be applied to your credit card as a separate "overage charge" at the end of any billing cycle in which you exceed your maximum number of entries.
All packages include email support and our helpful knowledge base. Email support is offered Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm central time. Standard support for all plans responds to all inquiries within two business days. Premium support, included with the Titanic plan, responds to inquiries within four working hours.
Absolutely not. Simply pay by the month and you can cancel your account at any time. You can also change your account's package at any time.
Not at this time. However, our $9/month plan offers the chance to try out the software for a minimal investment of $9. There are no contracts and you may cancel your account at any time. However, we do not refund monthly charges once they have been assessed.
